Alice Borderie specialises in real estate, property development and construction.
She assists property developers in acquiring land, setting up programmes, drafting deeds and resales of property in the future state of completion (VEFA) to social landlords or investors.
Her expertise in construction law is also called upon to assist institutional clients with their property assets acquisitions and resales, and construction operations.
She also advises operators in the renewable energy sector, in particular with a view to developing and installing solar farms.
A former lecturer at the Université Paris-Descartes and the Université du Maine, she provides training for the office’s clients, as well as in-house training.
